Maturation and Cellaring: after malo-lactic fermentation has taken place into stainless steel tank, the wine is transfused in 225 liters-capacity oak barrels of 1st, 2nd and 3rd use. The stay may vary from 8-12 months

Analysis: 14.4 % alc. by vol., residual sugars 3.1 g/l, total acidity 5.5 g/l in tartaric acid, pH 3.65
