Vines: 25 years old vine planted in stony-clay red soil of parental slate subsoil. The management and the development of the ecosystem is entirely based on Bio-Agricultural practices (the vineyard is under the process of certification)

Harvest period: 7-10th September

Maturation and Cellaring: malolactic fermentation takes place in new oak barrels. Then, wine is transfused in 225 liters-capacity oak barrels of 1st, 2nd and 3rd use. The stay may vary from 12-16 months. Every vintage matures further in the bottle for 8-12 months before released in the market

Ageing potential: 15 years

Analysis: 14.8% alc. by vol., residual sugars 3.4 g/l, total acidity 5.6 g/l in tartaric acid, pH 3.64

Serving temperature: 16-18°C
