The Region of Attica, with its presence in the 10th EXPOTROF, ensures and finances 80% of its producers’ participation. 12 exhibitors from Attica participate in the organisation of the EXPOTROF Exhibition, aiming to achieve collaborations and partnerships as well as strengthening the competitiveness of the Greek Food and Beverage Market and export activity.

Thousands of people from all over the world come to ATTICA to visit Acropolis with its marvelous monuments, the Τemple of Poseidon at Cape Sounion, the Columns of the Olympian Zeus and many other significant spots of archeological interest. Guests are eager to study Attica’s history, in order to connect past to the present.
The Region of Attica is located at the central part of the country. It contains a territory of 3,808 km2 and covers 2.9% of Greece’ s total territory. It is based in Athens, the Greek capital.
Attica, apart from its ancient monuments and history, is a region with rare natural beauty and a wonderful climate, suitable for the development of plants which do not even grow in many other places. Attica’s land and sea provide us with all kinds of goods.
The "Basket of the Region of Attica" includes garden and greenhouse gardening products, wine, floriculture products, pistachios, honey, sheep and goat milk and meat products, eggs, as well as traditional products, PDO Feta, figs from Vravrona, olive oil, honey from Trizinia and Kythira.
