With his extensive experience and talent our menu features innovative and nutritious vegan recipes that receive praise not only from vegetarians and vegans but also from meat eaters.
Our dishes are all-natural and delightful, reflecting Nikos ‘food philosophy’’of keeping it simple.
He believes in using only a few, high quality ingredients to create exceptional recipes.
Additionally, Nikos has established one of the first Vegan Cooking schools in Europe and authored Cookbooks such as ‘’ Dirty Vegan ‘’, ‘’ My Vegan Workshop Recipes’’ and the e-Book ‘’ Cook at Home’’
