The naturally ripened meat products "Paleokipos BOURAZANI" are produced in specific quantities from the meat of Fallow deer, wild sheep (Mouflon) and wild boar.

The mentioned above animals are fed freely for four (4) months during a year with acorns from three (3) different species of oak.

Our products do not contain any preservatives (except for salami) and are the following: sausages, boneless hum, loin and pansetta. . We do also produce an additional product Fallow deer salami, which is the only one including preservatives (nitrate).

The ripening time of our products ranges from 15 days to 24 months, depending on the product.
