Greece had the seventh largest national participation among European countries in Anuga 2021, as reported by Enterprise Greece, a fact that proves the dynamics of export companies, as it is reflected in the increase of Greek exports.
The national pavilion, which stood out among 98 other national entries, hosted, in 1,800 square meters of exhibition space, major food exporters from all over Greece, who had, both on-site and electronic presence, through the digital platform, Anuga@Home, in which an additional 13 exhibitors participated.
This event allowed those international buyers who were unable to participate due to the pandemic to make dozens of online meetings with Greek companies.
The national participation was promoted in the best way, both through advertising posts in the central points of the exhibition, as well as through a targeted, electronic, advertising campaign, in Greece and abroad.
It is worth noting the participation of almost all the Regions of the country, which now show significant activity in promoting extroversion, helping companies in their regions to participate, either live or digitally, in important exhibitions abroad. The national participation was honored by the presence of the Regional Governor of Epirus, Alexandros Kachrimanis, the Authorized Counselor of the Attica Region, Stavros Voidonikolas, the Consul General of Greece in Dusseldorf, Maria Papakonstantinou and the Adviser of the Council of Ministers .
