This freshly squeezed olive juice, fragrant and delicious is derived from the healthiest green and unripe olive fruits, of the verity “Koutsourelia” or “Patrini” and it is harvested early each year, around end October - mid November.At this time, olives fruits are green and are just starting to change their color to violet.
The variety "Koutsourelia" or "Patrini" is cultivated mainly in North-West Peloponnese. Due to the DNA characteristics of the olive variety and the microclimate of the region, the olive oil produced has a deep green oil color with a very intense aroma of freshly cut herb and of Greek spring nature. It possesses a delicate pepperness aftertaste felt back in our throat, witnessing to its freshness and low acidity and to many antioxidants beneficial to our organism.
