Characteristics -

Vermouth has its origin from the famous wine of Hippocratio which was made 400 B.C., in the similar method.

CAIR 40 year old Vermouth, has its own story through time. Produced from white and red grapes from the vineyards in Rhodes flavored with wood (Artemisia Absinthium), aromatic herbs and citrus peels. Complex aromas but the most distinguised are the aromas of dried fruits (apricot, fig), raisins, sweet spices (cinnamon, cloves) and of honey. A rich taste of sweetness with flavors of nuts, raisins, dried figs and apricots. Long, sweet and aromatic aftertaste.

Harmony -

Enjoy it plain in a low glass with ice and an orange peel, or as an ingredient in very fine cocktails. Accompanies pastries or cakes from chocolate and coffee, cream and fruit tarts, soft cheeses and ripe cold cuts.
