Variety - 40% Mandilaria, 40% Athiri and 20% Muscat White

Characteristics -

Impressive and intense rose color. Rich foam with bubbles and aromas of mature red fruit, honey and honeycomb. Complex and mouth full of characteristic flavours of cherry, jam, strawberry and prunes.

Harmony -

The abundance of its rich taste and aromas are finely paired with fruit and fruit tarts, cream cakes as well as other types of cakes, but also with gourmet cheeses.
