NoAt a time when food products travel from one side of the world to another, ignoring the importance of production in relation to seasonality and harmony with the environment and when biodiversity is in danger and the land suffers from the intensification of crops, our goal is to support the return to a typical production model based on the local economy, even if it is not favored and appealed by the masses but is acknowledged by knowledgeable consumers.
This is the philosophy behind our products; not to lose the dietary wealth which is part of our cultural heritage and our connection to the earth in which we were born. It is also important not to forget the eating practices of the past, which now thanks to scientific documentation is recognized and valued for their beneficial effects on human health.Only when consumers become aware of what is good for their health, they will embrace and appreciate small-scale producers by building trust, which will transform them into "co-producers". Only then can future generations can be able to enjoy what is to us still the nature and delivery of traditional products.
The experts involved in the food industry must also realize the efforts of small producers and contribute substantially to preserving traditional food and not to give in to modernization.
My personal vision is for the children of the future to be ensured health, well-being and nutrition and to remain in contact with nature. In my everyday life, I fight for this vision.
