Two new restaurants on the list
This year’s Michelin Guide of Athens has two new entrances, with two restaurants making their debut on the list.
A total of 21 restaurants in Athens hold Michelin stars with their honorary this year having the “CTC” of Alexandros Tsiotinis and the “Pelagos“, at the hotel “Four Seasons Astir Palace” on the Athenian Riviera, which acquired a star.
“Spondi” retained two Michelin stars and this year, the only Greek restaurant with two stars, followed by “Hytra”, “Botrini’s” and “Seaside Winch” with one star for another year.
The “Michelin Plate” no longer exists however the Guide includes restaurants that are suggested as worthwhile without bearing a brand. These are “Athénée”, “GB Roof Garden”, “Ergon House”, “Aneton”, “Okio”, “Aleria”, “Cookoovaya”, “Alficon”, “Vezene”, “Sense”, “Le Pavillon” and “Annie Fine Cooking”.
