14 October 2021

The American Agricultural School of Thessaloniki (AGS) focuses on the development of its portfolio in the milk category, which in the last two years has started and is placed with increasing dynamics in the domestic retail market.

According to Alexis Kallis, Commercial Director of the American School of Agriculture’s Commercial Farm, the School plans to launch new milk codes in the market from the new year.
We remind you that the recent launch of the School concerns the Drained, which has been released since April in four codes, in 2% and 5% versions and in two packages, each 180gr and 500gr. According to Mr. Kallis, the codes for the Strained, which are intended exclusively for the Greek market, are available in the small retail of Thessaloniki and Sklavenitis in Thessaloniki and Athens, while AGS is in discussions with retailers, in order to expand the points of sale.
In addition to milk and yogurt, AGS also released semi-hard cow’s milk cheese in slices for toast. Mr. Kallis stated that the feedback from the market is very good, while the slices were released, “after the successful launch that took place in a 400g head package”. The semi-hard sliced has been placed in small retail in Athens and Thessaloniki and in the chains Masouti and Thanopoulos. It is noted that, in the cheese category, there are two additional packages, which have been placed in selected stores in the small retail of Thessaloniki and Halkidiki.
