The Fulham Shore group is restarting the expansion plan of The Real Greek chain in the British market.
The chain’s 20th The Real Greek restaurant in the Norwich area is expected to open its doors in the near future, while, within 2022, three additional restaurants are expected to open in the UK. Fulham Shore Group’s long-term planning is to operate 50 The Real Greek restaurants in well-designed locations in the UK.
It is worth noting that Fulham Shore acquired The Real Greek in 2014, which before the acquisition operated for about 15 years in London.
So far, Fulham Shore has expanded its network to 19 restaurants – up from 6 originally – in just 7 years.
Maintaining the central core of the chain, based on healthy choices and flavors of Mediterranean cuisine, the group has in recent years developed the network of the chain in areas outside London, while in 2018 its menu included choices for vegetarians.
It is pointed out that in the restaurants of the group the majority of the raw materials used come directly from Greece and Cyprus.
