The Greek food that the Guardian praises

In a tribute of the Guardian newspaper for the must try dishes and traditional products, which one must try when visiting one of the countries of Europe, a very favorite, mommy, Greek dish is also starring.

The reason for the favourite baked chicken with potatoes! We enjoy it at our Sunday table and it seems that it has enchanted the hearts of the British since they classify it as one of the favorite dishes of Greece.

It is slow cooked with potatoes and served perfectly with lettuce salad, red vinegar, olive oil, and feta. A typical Sunday recipe, but also a classic choice in all restaurant menus.

Traditional German food made with pork shank and served with half a kilo of sauerkraut and half a kilo of fava beans.

  • Poland-Ζur

White soup with sausages. It has a slightly sour taste and is made from rye bread, which is placed in jars for two days in a warm place to ferment. The soup is made from root parsley broth, carrots, leeks, onions, melted garlic cloves, and dried wild mushrooms. They add traditional village sausage and are served with potatoes with fried onions.

  • Denmark-Danish caviar

Cycloptera fish come close to the shores to reproduce, so their caviar is collected on the spot and eaten fresh. Usually, it is served on bread with dill and a little crème fraîche, either for breakfast or for breakfast.

  • Ireland-Βoxty

It is a fermented potato pie and is found all over Ireland.
