Dry White Wine Malagousia

A bright, pale green-yellow color that reveals youth and freshness. It has a rich aromatic profile with floral notes such as jasmine and orange blossom, complemented by fruity aromas like pear, peach, and apricot, which harmonize with hints of herbal freshness, enhancing the overall sensation of crispness. It features a crunchy acidity and a long, lemony finish. This wine pairs well with a wide variety of dishes. It can be enjoyed on its own or alongside mild white meat recipes. Ideal pairings include rich salads, vegetable tarts (e.g., zucchini), chicken pies, graviera cheese, and pasta with white sauces or pesto.

Winemaking:
Only free-run juice is used, with a cold maceration for 24 hours to enhance the aromatic profile. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 15.5°C.

It is best served at 9–11°C.
