Dry Rosé Wine

A bright strawberry color reveals red fruits as the aromatic protagonist. Strawberry and cherry coexist with notes of pink grapefruit, damson plum, and rose. The palate is well-structured, with dominant red fruits and a hint of pink pepper. It offers a refreshing acidity and a long, fruity aftertaste. It can be enjoyed on its own or paired with food. Ideal pairings include Mediterranean flavors, Greek vegetable-based dishes, pasta with red sauces, and red fish.

Winemaking:

The varieties are vinified separately, using only free-run juice. Cold maceration for 6 to 7 hours is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 15°C.

It is best served at 8–10°C.
