A wine with medium to high acidity and complexity which combines the minerality and refreshing acidity of Asirtiko, the complex aromas and rich style of Vidiano and the aromatic freshness, liveliness and suppleness of Sauvignon Blanc.
Fermentation: 100% stainless steel tank
Vinification: 10 hours pre-fermentation cryo-extraction, 8 weeks on lees
Color: Light greenish yellow
Aromas: Exotic fruits such as guava, mango, pineapple, notes of asparagus, white peach, aromatic herbs and passion fruit
Tasting: Balanced taste with minerality and a round aftertaste that lasts
Pairing: Grilled fish, chicken with cream, turkey pasta, sauteed vegetables, cool green salads, soft and goat cheeses
