Halloumi sticks with Strawberry

The halloumi sticks are made of grated halloumi and with a specific formula/recipe and a combination of materials we tie the halloumi and it becomes a body (Solid piece). At the same time, additional fruits, vegetables and/or nuts are added to the production process and mixed into the grated halloumi. And not in breaded topping. We succeeded in improving the organoleptic characteristics of the product and strengthening it in beneficial components contained in fruits and nuts.
