Hι Loumi - Cypriot grilled cheese with flavors

It is an improved recipe of Cypriot cheese (haloumi) with cow and goat milk according to the PDO standard. We enriched this new product in the production process with various traditional and Mediterranean fruits, in order to achieve a culinary innovation that gives a pleasant taste but at the same time bioactive ingredients to the product.

With this improved recipe, on the one hand, cheese products can be produced that can be produced with or without the ripening process, but also with the addition of flavors and at the same time without the allergenic component lactose, and on the other hand, the improvement of its organoleptic characteristics can be achieved and its enhancement in beneficial components contained in fruits and nuts.
