Οrganic unsalted dried Greek olives

Our organic unsalted dried Greek olives are a unique olive product. Using only warm air (no preservatives, no chemicals, and no brine) we created a semi dried olive that is only comparable to the “Chamades”. Chamades are the olives that are left to ripen and dry while still attached to the olive tree in its natural environment.

Although these Chamades olives were only available in very limited quantities to the locals in the olive producing villages of Greece, using our own specialized technique we are able to provide the ultimate olive experience all year long to the lovers of genuine olives.
