These two letters, which also represent our family initials, are selected to brand an exceptional product of everlasting superior quality.

Monovarietal extra virgin olive oil made from 100% koroneiki olives.

The olives are picked exclusively by hand, while still unripe and green from our family olive grove in Ilia county. They are immediately pressed in an environment of perfect temperature and the produced oil is quickly packaged.
