We closely monitor our product from day one, providing it with the necessary care and love! The olives are picked exclusively by hand, while still unripe and green from our family olive grove in Ilia county. They are immediately pressed in an environment of perfect temperature and the produced oil is quickly packaged. From tree to bottle we strive to maintain only the highest of criteria in order to ensure the class, unique characteristics and aromas of our extra virgin olive oil of alpha quality, guaranteed to give to you and your loved ones as many moments of delight as pi’s digits!
