Terroir: Preknadi comes from the viticultural zone of Naoussa, while Malagouzia from the area of ​​Elassona.

Winemaking: Strict selection of grapes in the vineyard as well as receipt of the grapes in the winery. During white vinification, pre-fermentative cold soak is applied and then temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation at 15 - 17 οC. After the end of the alcoholic fermentation, batonnage is applied for a period of 3 months.

Taste: A pale yellow wine with greenish highlights. Aromas of citrus, exotic fruits and lemon blossom. Mouth full, oily, cool, perfectly balanced with acidity results in an explosive aftertaste.
