Crispy, rich flesh roasted peppers. We have selected for you peppers from Florina because they are not only tasty but also a low-calorie choice, rich in vitamins C, A, K, B6, and E.

While combined with the balanced flavor of garlic, vinegar, and olive oil, it offers an exceptional dining experience. We choose for you the longest and straightest possible organic peppers in order to peel them easily. We wash and dry peppers, place them on a roasting pan and cook them for a few minutes evenly on each side. This procedure must be done quickly. We let them cool down on a clean surface. Then, we cut the stem and remove the seeds. We carefully remove the skin, lay them in a glass jar and add slices of garlic, parsley leaves and drizzle them with vinegar.
