Organoleptics

The color is light golden yellow with crystalline clarity. There are flavors of exotic fruits, notes of lemon blossom and vanilla. The taste gives to a medium to rich wine body, the acidity gives coolness with a fruity and long aftertaste.

Tastes to: grilled fish, seafood, white meats, soft cheeses and fruits.
