The company "MANITARIA DIRFYS" is owned by two agronomists, graduates of the Agricultural University of Athens, Lefteris Lachouvaris and Thanasis Mastrogiannis, who have specialized in mycology and have been professionally active in the mushroom industry since 1995. The company was founded in 2004 and employs 45 people.  

Its facilities include vertically integrated production, packaging, and processing of mushrooms, as well as a mushroom gastronomic park, which will open its doors in October 2025.  

It offers more than 120 carefully curated products, developed after thorough research by food technologists, tasters, and chefs, designed to meet the needs of all professionals. The product range includes fresh and dried mushrooms, mushroom-based pasta, truffle products, sauces, marinades, and mushroom snacks such as chocolate, savory biscuits, and breadsticks, many of which have won multiple awards and are highly appreciated by loyal consumers.
