Of fundamental importance is the regular respect dictated by nature.

We select quality seasonal raw materials from local agricultural crops. 

We process them using traditional spontaneous fermentation techniques.

Our creations are numbered and belong to limited collections, accessible only in Greece.

With these ethical principles, we intend to promote a philosophy of local, artisanal and seasonal consumption.
