Nikolou Winery is located in the city of Koropi in the same traditional place where the Nikolou family has been making wines since 1875.

The adaptation of the winery to the modern winemaking requirements was necessary. In 1991 the old equipment was gradually replaced with modern winemaking machines and stainless steel temperature controlled tanks.

The collection of labels includes single vintage wines, mainly from Greek varieties based on the local variety, Savvatiano, which is expressed in 7 different ways. From sparkling wine with second fermentation in the bottle to orange wine.

The winery preserves the traditional folk architecture, where the stone walls and the large stone arches transport the visitor to the past and certify the long family tradition in the production of wines.

During the harvest and winemaking season, visitors can visit the production sites and live a unique experience.

There are also training events for students with topics of oenological interest as well as taste tests.

In the showroom of the winery, guests taste the wines and are informed about issues related to winemaking.
