Additionally.....or (better) without additional processing or milling, he offers it to you pure, the way his bees are offering it, to him! It’s not heated or filtered, further than a simple strainer, that’s why the honey contains traces of pollen, wax and propolis. Honey’s intense aroma and the rich and strong taste are its special characteristics.
