Raw honey from Santorini,

without additives or any kind of processing. We offer it to you pure, like our bees collect it from the blossoms. Following harvesting of the frames from the bee hives, using the centrifugal power, the honey is left to mature for two weeks. Our honey has special nutrition value, because it is not heated or filtered, unlike most commercial honeys. Thus, it contains traces of pollen, wax and propolis. 

Upon opening the lid, you feel the intense aroma. Its rich taste comes from the unique vegetation of the volcanic island of Santorini. Main blossoms and herbs include thyme, savory, eucalyptus, oregano, vitex and also "Myriokalo", a rare blossom of the echium species.
