On the occasion of the 200th anniversary of the Greek Revolution, Ouzo Plomariou Isidorou Arvanitou proceeded to the circulation of a collector-anniversary bottle with 1821 numbered manuscripts.
The creation of the collectible anniversary bottle is inspired by the 200 years of Greek independence and the designs of Greek traditional costumes and aims to invite us to celebrate the spirit of freedom that our ancestors bequeathed to us. The bottles are handwritten and have a circulation of only 1821 pieces – thus enhancing the collectibility and uniqueness of each. Authenticity, tradition and Greek heritage. These are the three values - “ingredients” that ouzo Plomariou proudly celebrates through the anniversary bottle.
This package, designed by Red Design Consultants, marks the beginning of a new era where it proudly and optimistically transfers the cultural heritage and authenticity of our place to the future. Ouzo Plomariou Isidorou Arvanitou, in addition to the creation of the collectible packaging, on the occasion of the 200th anniversary of the liberation, decided to carry out actions that highlight our cultural heritage. Specifically, the distillery begins actions to preserve and continue the Greek folk tradition and heritage by entering into cooperation with the Peloponnesian Folklore Foundation “B. Papantoniou ”of Nafplio, undertaking the maintenance of two costumes from Lesvos, place of origin of Ouzo Plomari. At the same time, it helps to expand the PLI collection by donating two additional rare traditional costumes.
