A few words about Spyros Steriadis
Born in Corfu in 1975. He studied Performing Art and Film Production & Direction at Queen Margaret in Edinburgh and holds a degree in Journalism and Directing. From 1997 until today he works as a captain, maître and restaurant manager in restaurants in Athens. Among them are the award-winning two-star Michelin Spondi and the award-winning Cookoovaya restaurant.
