A few words about Paul Emmanouilidis
He entered the field of Home Brewing and Craft beer in general about 15 years ago.

Since 2011 he has his own company (Beer Deli), which has as its object the import of brewing raw materials and has been awarded as the best store in Greece. He collaborates as a consultant in many Greek microbreweries and prepares beer recipes for them as well as for independent entrepreneurs. In the field of catering, he collaborates with many chefs in the part of creating a beer list, depending on the menu.

Participates as a beer judge in all major competitions and organizes tasting seminars at major food and beverage fairs such as HoReCa, Zythognosia etc.
