Crafted solely from the distinguished Manaki olive, this extra virgin olive oil is naturally abundant in phenolic antioxidants and characterized by exceptionally low acidity.

Sourced each season from a single, carefully tended estate, Volakas is guided by a clear philosophy: one grove, one character, one expression. Gently cold-extracted through purely mechanical processes, it presents a radiant golden hue, a silky mouthfeel, and a complex yet restrained aromatic profile. Delicate notes of artichoke, olive leaf, orange peals and freshly cut grass emerge in perfect balance, enhancing dishes without ever dominating them.

Volakas is one of the few olive oils worldwide to have a certified health claim on its label in accordance with EU regulation 432/2012, as it contains very high amounts of phenols.
