Nicaragua Finca Aurora coffee

Nicaragua may not be the most famous producer ofCentral American coff ee, but it has great potential. Enrique Ferrufino is the owner of Aurora Farm and since 2004, he and his family have been working to produce great coffee using methods that work in concert with the local ecosystem. They only use renewable energy and work diligently on conserving water resources and natural habitats. Their approach is a model for how agriculture can incorporate sustainable practice and contribute to environmental protection.
