Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil

The olives of the famous variety “Maniaki” are collected from the Georgaris’ owned olive grove in Tenea, Corinth. The harvesting is done by hand so that the olive is not damaged and the processing is done within 12 hours from the harvesting. The leaves and the branches are removed from the olives after cold water washing. After that, the olive is pressed into a hydraulic press with no heating or adding of hot water and no use of solvents.
