INFORMATION

The red shepherd has a deep ruby ​​color. The nose is dominated by primary aromas of juicy and ripe black fruits (black currant, black cherry, plum), but also notes of spices (black pepper, clove), vanilla and dark chocolate. In the mouth the wine is dry with moderate acidity, rounded but noticeable tannins, full body and characteristics of black fruits, spicy spices, chocolate, oak and long aftertaste.

Enjoy it at 15-18 ° C and combine it with a plate of yellow smoked cheeses or with a wonderful juvette with baked beef.
