INFORMATION

The fresh white shepherd has a medium lemon color with green highlights. The nose is dominated by aromas of green unripe fruits, apple, pear, peach kernel, grape and grass notes. In the mouth it is dry with moderate acidity, medium body with noticeable oiliness and characteristics of pear, apple, green pepper grass.

Persistent aftertaste.

A white wine with a youthful and unruly character that accompanies beautiful white sauces, cheeses, shells and white spaghetti.
