Our Small Lentils are a purely Greek variety called Dimitra that has adapted perfectly to the region's climate and soil conditions. They are of small size and light brown colour.

 

Their full taste and rich “Mediterranean” aroma reflect the purity of the environment they are grown in. They are soft and easy to prepare.
