Greek Chickpeas Flour

​Chickpea flour or "besan" contains a high proportion of carbohydrates, higher fiber relative to other flours, no gluten, and a higher proportion of protein than other flours.

We grind raw chickpeas in our own stone mill without using any other product on it, so we can be sure that is totally gluten free.

Chickpeas flour is used in many cuisines and has lots of uses, such as Spanish "tortillitas de camarones" , Italian "Farinata" or even pancakes.
