Our family is involved in olive cultivation, continuing a tradition that dates back centuries. In this context, we produce organic extra virgin olive oil.

Respecting the environment and sustainability, cultivating our olive trees in the traditional way of our ancestors, without using pesticides or chemical products that are prohibited in organic farming. Our olive groves have been certified for the production of organic products by approved certification bodies since the early 2000s.

Olive oil production was carried out at our grandfather’s olive mill, which was modernized in the early 1990s. Today, the extraction and bottling of our family’s olive oil take place in state-of-the-art facilities.

Currently, our activities are overseen by the younger members of our family: Maria Trikka, a graduate of the University of Piraeus in Economics, and Georgia Trikka, who holds an MSc from the Agricultural University of Athens.
