We select olives exclusively from specific regions of Crete, Deliania Gorge and Rodopou Hills, that produce some of the best olive oil varieties. The production of olive oils carried out with deep knowledge, in our modern facilities and under constant compliance with certified quality procedures. Our popular “wild olive oil” is produced from wild olive groves, specially selected and harvested by hand.
