The inspiration and creator of 8:26 Histories is Charilaos Gounaras. Being involved in olive oil production has always been an opportunity to embrace nature in its most pristine yet accessible form for him. However, the foundations for a family long relationship with olive oil had been laid over 60 years earlier thanks to Charilaos‘ grandfather, on those very estates.

8:26 Histories was created to take extra virgin olive oil one step further, to create a product superior to excellent. Modern means and innovative methods are utilized in such a way that the nutrients, flavours and aromas are rendered fully representative enhancing both the experience and the benefits. Now, every experiential observation is confirmed and supported by study and record.
