In Filoti of Naxos, a few kilometres from the beach of Agiasos, we have been running our family dairy for the last 70 years. The milk we use comes from our own herd, which numbers around 900 head.The animals are fed by the rich flora of our area, as their grazing starts from the peaks of the neighbouring mountains and ends on the shores of the region where they quench their thirst with sea water. The recipe we follow is a 'heritage' that has been passed down to this day with specific characteristics from father to son, in three generations so far. In March 2020, our family dairy received the P.O.P. certification mark for its own Arseniko Naxos.
