NoIn 1970, Thanos and Glikeria Kantelis established the first traditional pasta workshop in Megalopolis Arkadia. Besides the town of Megalopolis, they also served more than sixty surrounding villages. They had been producing pasta with own pure and fresh raw material for thirty five consecutive years.
In 2017, we, the next generation we reopen the «CHYLOPITADIKO KANTELIS» (KANTELIS PASTA WORKSHOP). With pyre and fresh raw materials, without preservatives, following our grandparent’s recipe, we are making pasta again.
Pasta with traditional tastes, that the old surely remember and the young wiil get to know, pasta with new flavor.
