NoPastry Chef Chocolatier Nikolas Paschalis began his knowledge of the chocolate journey when he decided he wanted something in his life that would make him feel like a student forever. His journey was fast and the pieces of the puzzle were being completed at a rapid pace.
Passing through major productions, 5 star Hotels, Michellin starred restaurants and pastry shops he gained knowledge to be able to teach for several years in schools in Greece.
The moment he dreamed of was not long in coming and he built a fully equipped laboratory in Daphne from which he supplies chocolates and pastries all over Greece.
