The company interested in obtaining certification, initially sends the application for certification to the organization. After the signing of the contract, the Certification Body appoints the appropriate Audit team and schedules the inspection after consultation between the Body and the Company.

On the Initial Certification Inspection, which is carried out in two different stages, all the legal documents, the structure of the system you have developed and a sample of its implementation and documentation are checked at your company's premises. At the end of the initial inspection (both stages) and if no discrepancies/ non conformities are found, a certificate of compliance is issued.

The validity of the certificate will be three years. In addition to the initial inspection, two annual surveillance audits will be carried out to re-verify the compliance of the systems in place and already certified, based on the applicable standards and the certification body's certification regulation.
