THALLON is a high quality organic, early harvest extra virgin olive, from single-variety CHONDOLIA HALKIDIKI, with health claim, rich flavor profile (FRUIT 5.5Mf, PUNGENT 6.5Mb and BITTER of 5mp), and with low acidity <0.3%.Produced from green unripe olives of Chalkidiki, collected only by hand and pressed in 24 hours at a temperature of 25° C.

HEALTH CLAIM
Thallon has a Health Claim, due to the high concentration of polyphenols.According to the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) and European Regulation 432/2012, the polyphenols in olive oil help protect blood lipids from oxidative stress.
The health claim can only be used for the olive oil which contains at least 5 mg of hydroxytyrosol and its derivatives per 20 g of olive oil.
THALLON contains 19.8 mg per 20 g of olive oil.

Add one to two tablespoons of THALLON early harvest olive oil daily to your diet and enjoy, along with its fruity taste, all the above benefits to your body. It is recommended to be eaten raw in the morning or as a side dish with salads, boiled or grilled vegetables and grilled meat.
THALLON is a limited and specific crop, as every year during production, all of it is stored in a large tank, from where we send a sample for chemical analysis, organoleptic, taste tests and international taste competitions. Mr Dimitris and Mr Andreas Tsikouris were born and raised in Chalkidiki, Greece, in an area where olive cultivation has been a tradition since ancient times.They have truly shown their love and respect for the blessed olive tree since they were kids.They have observed closely for years olive cultivation, olive harvesting, and olive oil extraction and have learned to appreciate the valuable and healthy properties of the olive oil. Their memories as children over time have been transformed into an experience that, combined with their vision to produce their own olive oil, gave birth to THALLON, a natural high quality product.
