A few words about Erasmia Balaska & Manolis Stithos
Erasmia started her cooking career at the Premiere restaurant of the Athenaeum Intercontinental Hotel where she remained for three years. He followed a brilliant course in the special Funky Gourmet where he managed to "wear" the Head Chef hat. After seven funky years, Erasmia moved on to her culinary life at the Vintage wine bar & bistro where she remained for almost a year.
Manolis has dedicated his life to confectionery since 2011 with Premiere being his first "workshop". His sequel reserved two stars with him undertaking as Head Pastry & Bakery the creation of desserts and pastries of the Funky Gourmet restaurant. For about two years he was in the team of Stelios Parliaros. His most recent stop was the CTC restaurant with him serving as Head Pastry Chef.
