The AFFA awards return for local producers and Haris Tzannis is the man who will explain in the e-stage of The Delifair his institution and its value to the world of food.
A few words about Harry Tzannis
Harry was born in Athens in 1971 and initially studied marketing and then graduated as a specialist in digital multimedia applications, while completing a master's degree in Paris for the production and management of digital content.
He has collaborated with major digital content production companies in various fields, while professionally combining technology with gastronomy and culture. In 2003 he founded the White Word of the day, while in 2011 in collaboration with Marianna Kavroulaki, he published the first Greek gastronomic dictionary entitled "The language of taste". In 2012 he worked as editor in chief on the portal Pathfinder.gr, where he started the production of online gastronomic shows on the history of food. In the same year he started a collaboration with the gastronomic guide The Food and Leisure Guide [FNL-guide], where he designed and presented a series of online shows such as The Chefs, The Bartenders and The cocktails, which were shown with great success.
In 2017 he collaborated with Athinorama Umami as a digital content producer, while also receiving the Wine Expert and Sommelier certification from Genius in Gastronomy. In March 2019, he founded the Delio Food Hub, a platform for the wholesale distribution of products of small Greek producers in the restaurant. He has taught as a lecturer "Gastronomic marketing" at the Metropolitan College, while since 2014 he has been a lecturer at INSETE and the "Schools of Tourism" in respective seminars.
Today, in addition to selling Greek products through the "Delio Food Hub" in the most important restaurants and hotels in our country, he studies and presents development models based on gastronomy and tourism, while he is a communication consultant of the Trastelis Group [Spondi, Hytra, Fuga ] and the Association of Wine Producers of Attica Vineyard.
